And for any of the right wing neo-con pundits who would say ‘Oh welfare is paying for those sneakers OUR taaaxxxx moneeeeyyy!’ Um maybe they should look up how much a welfare check is, no one is buying $300 sneakers on welfare. The schools have dress codes SO the kids who don’t have the money to compete won’t have problems. It equalizes shit. And that is crazy racist, they all got the money from their WORKING mothers. None of the kids in line for Kanye’s ugly sneakers are on welfare. They’re neighborhood kids and that’s WHY the people we know were yelling at them, they KNOW their mothers.

Just like the BULLSHIT about how people buy iPhones with welfare money. Um, the iPhone isn’t even popular in the ghetto. And the people who have expensive phones work or buy stolen or used ones. People think the inner city is all welfare and that just isn’t true. Sherri Shepard and Tracey Morgan lived directly across from an old methadone program. BLACK people live in Harlem and it’s not just projects. There is way more housing that isn’t the projects than is.
